*Diamond Unlimited Full Face Tox Membership fee of $2500 must be paid in full with cash or check to avoid a 3% credit card convenience fee.  This membership includes unlimited number of toxin units applied to the face (excluding neck, TMJ or migraine protocol) for 12 months. All treatments will be administered in strict accordance with medical protocols to ensure your safety and optimal results. Please note that frequent low dosing of botulinum A toxins has been show to induce antibodies to the botulinum A toxin rendering it ineffective in treating cosmetic concerns. If antibodies form, it is necessary to remain untreated for 1 year of any botulinum A toxin in order for antibody counts to decrease. Treatment is not recommended more frequently than every 90 days with some exceptions.

 

Emerald Unlimited Tox Membership includes up to 60 units in the upper face (11’s, forehead, crow’s feet only) 4 times per year. FDA approval for toxin in the upper face is 40-65 units. Additional units can be purchased at the VIP price.
